We know life doesn't always go as planned...

However our Pet Chaperones have to turn down other clients when they book a home stay for you and your fur baby. This is why we ask our clients to commit to their bookings. Should you need to Cancel your booking or change dates always try to do so as soon as possible. Cancellations done too last minute may result in Cancellation fees.

Due to the exclusive nature of overnight bookings, our pet chaperones must decline all requests that coincide with the dates you have booked therefore we charge a cancellation fee of 50% cost of your total booking if under a month, and 100% if a booking for home and pet sitting is cancelled under a week. We appreciate your understanding with this matter.

If you feel your cancellation is due to special extenuating circumstances please call your pet chaperone for a discussion. You may be eligible for free days on your next booking (This is assessed on a case by case scenario). 

To be fair to all clients and employees; Wagging Tails will charge all cancellations consistently.
